A real person, not a portal — updates by WhatsApp
To track my shipment updates, message us on WhatsApp with your name and roughly when we collected — the form below writes the message for you. A real person checks what stage your cargo has reached (warehouse, sailed, arrived, clearing, out for delivery) and replies during opening hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm · Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm.
Fill in what you remember — every field helps us find your shipment faster, but none are compulsory. The button opens WhatsApp with your message already written.
Pick how it travelled and when we collected it, and this works out where your shipment typically is — using the same transit times we publish everywhere else.
A typical range, not live data — clearing at Apapa or Tin Can runs slower in peak weeks. For your actual status, ask us on WhatsApp.
Parcel-style live tracking does not really exist for groupage sea freight to Nigeria — a container is not a courier van, and any site promising GPS on a barrel is decorating. What actually works is what we do: your shipment moves through six clear stages, and at any point a person who can see those stages tells you which one yours is at.
That person answers on the same WhatsApp number you booked with, during opening hours. The more of the form you fill in, the faster we find your shipment — the name it was booked under and a rough collection date are usually all it takes. New to how the whole journey works? How it works walks through it from quote to delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, what you sent, roughly when it was collected and where it is going — the form on this page writes that message for you. A real person checks where your shipment is in the process and replies during opening hours.
No — and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend. Sea containers on this route are not GPS-tracked parcel-style. What you get instead is a person who knows which sailing or flight your cargo is on and what stage it has reached: collected, at the warehouse, sailed, arrived, clearing, or out for delivery.
Air freight typically arrives in about 7 working days. Sea cargo typically takes 4–6 weeks to Lagos, including clearing at the port. The checker on this page tells you where your shipment should be based on when it was collected.
Message us. Sea transit has a natural range, and clearing at Apapa or Tin Can can add time in busy periods — most 'late' shipments are inside the normal window. If yours is genuinely beyond it, we will chase it and tell you exactly what is happening.
Yes — our Lagos office and Nigerian numbers are on the contact page, and the recipient is welcome to ask. Updates go to whoever asks, sender or recipient.
