Door-to-door means we collect from your address in London or the home counties, ship by air (7 working days) or sea (4–6 weeks), clear customs in Lagos and deliver to the recipient’s door in any of the 36 states. Published prices are to our Lagos office; the door-delivery leg is quoted by state and added to your quote. One company, one point of contact, no ports to visit.
Door-to-door is the service most people actually want. You hand over the shipment at your address and the next person to handle it is the one receiving it in Nigeria.
Everything between is ours: the collection, the shipping, the customs clearance, and the final road delivery. There is nothing for you to arrange at the Nigerian end and nothing for the recipient to collect from a port.

How collection works
We collect across all 32 London boroughs and the whole of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Surrey. Give us your postcode when you request a quote and we will confirm the arrangements and timing that apply to your area.
If it suits you better — or you are anywhere else in the UK — dropping off at our Dagenham base is always an option. Either way, the shipment is in our hands from that point onwards.
How delivery works in Nigeria
Once cleared, your cargo is delivered by road to the address you gave us. We need the recipient’s full name as it appears on their identification, the delivery address and state, and a phone number they actually answer — most delivery delays come down to an unanswered phone rather than anything to do with shipping.
Door delivery is priced by state, because the road from Lagos to Abuja is a very different job from the road to Maiduguri — we quote it with the shipment, so the whole price is agreed before collection. On sea shipments there is one further charge at the Nigerian end: a ₦5,000 handling fee, paid on collection. We tell you about it up front, and nothing else is added.
Door-to-door by air or by sea
Door-to-door is available on both. The difference is only speed and price, not the level of service. Published rates get your cargo to our Lagos office; add the door-delivery leg for your state and that is the whole price.

What does door-to-door actually mean?
We collect from your address in London or the home counties, ship the cargo, clear it through Nigeria Customs in Lagos and deliver it to the recipient’s door in any of the 36 states. One company handles the entire journey; the door-delivery leg is quoted by state and agreed with the rest of the price before collection.
Does the recipient have to pay anything?
On air freight, nothing beyond what was agreed with you. On sea freight the recipient pays a single ₦5,000 handling fee on collection or delivery — that is the only charge at the Nigerian end, and you know about it before you book.
How long does door-to-door take?
By air, typically 7 working days. By sea, typically 4–6 weeks. Both figures include clearance and final delivery, not just the transport leg.
Which areas do you collect from?

Can you deliver to a rural address?
Yes — we deliver to all 36 states including outside the main cities, quoted by state. Give us the fullest address you can plus a working phone number, since rural deliveries depend more on being able to reach the recipient.
Can someone else receive the delivery?
Yes, and most shipments are received by family or a business contact rather than the sender. We just need their name, address and phone number, and the name should match their identification.
How will I know where my shipment is?
We update you at each stage — collected, shipped, arrived and cleared, out for delivery. Between updates you can message us on WhatsApp and a real person answers.
